Group coaching, as opposed to one-on-one coaching, involves working with a small number of individuals together in a group session who have similar situations, needs or goals.
There are workshops specifically designed to target the topics, issues and knowledge required of those who attend, to allow them to move forward. Working together as a group brings together different views, ideas, perspective and golden nuggets of wisdom!
The training is adaptive, which means that when there are multiple session over a number of weeks, the planning is tweaked and changed to meet the needs of those who are in the workshop.
There is no one size fits all.
My theory is this.
People search for more externally in the pursuit of happiness - money, a better life, new people, connections, jobs, happiness...
But actually, the external world we live in doesn't provide happiness, it is something that comes from within.
By spending time learning how to understand your thought process, changing behaviour habits that you didn't even realise you had, understanding what your values are and how they shape the choices you make, the way that you feel, the people your surround yourself with...
Armed with this new knowledge you can create the life that you desire, in turn, bringing happiness and success.
Any group of collective people who have similarities, such as; interests, problems, experiences, or goals.
I have experience in working with groups on general Mindset and Wellbeing, Women's Leadership, and Anxiety.
